From ceremonies with the sunlight reflecting off the Miami River to elegant ballrooms twinkling with candlelight, you'll discover the perfect setting - whether on-site or off-site - is here among our stunning location on Biscayne Bay in the heart of the "American Riviera".

Regency Ballroom
Our largest space offers 12,000 square feet of elegance and can host up to 900 guests for a formal banquet or 2,000 for a cocktail reception.

Merrick, Pearson and Flamingo Rooms
Adjacent to an airy atrium, these versatile rooms can host anywhere from 20 to 240 guests.

University of Miami Terrace
Take your wedding and reception outdoors on this sunny brick terrace.   With scenic vistas, this spot can serve a banquet of 80 or a reception for 150.

Riverwalk Exterior at Hyatt Regency Miami
This bricked, waterfront location surrounded by lush vegetation is a sunny option ideal for cocktail receptions.

Off-Site Locations
Off-premise catering is our specialty and our professional team is here to assist in making your wishes become reality, no matter the venue.  With our fully equipped mobile kitchen we can provide cuisine cooked "ala minute" at the location of your choice.
