Hyatt Regency Miami's creative food and beverage team will work to create menus that meet your needs in the most delicious and original ways. Options include:
- Pre-meeting breakfasts, from an extensive buffet to a continental selection
- "Pick me up" breaks with choices ranging from energy bars to crudites, sweets and coffee
- Casual or formal lunches, everything from deli sandwiches and salads to plated entrees
- Hot or cold hors d'oeuvres available in a variety of ethnic themes
- Classic buffets, featuring carving stations, seafood, cheese displays and more
- Plated banquets, including appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts
Hyatt Regency Miami also offers Personal Preference Dining which allows guests to choose from one of four main courses at your function. Meeting planners select the soup and salad and our executive chef will choose a beautiful trio of desserts for each guest.
